Art and Social Identities in Late Antiquity

We are pleased to invite everyone to a lecture by Professor Lea Stirling (Department of Classics, University of Manitoba, Canada) on “The Roman Way of Death in North Africa: Excavations in the East Cemetery at Leptiminus“. Dr. Stirling will be Visiting Professor in the Department of Classical Archaeology, University of Aarhus, for the autumn semester of 2008. The lecture will be followed by a reception in the Museum of Ancient Art. All are welcome.
